Medical insurance coverage for employee; paid by the Tyler Catholic School System:- $415/month * 12 = $4,980 per year
- $415 goes entirely towards health and dental
Life insurance premium is 1.5 times annual salary; paid by the Tyler Catholic School SystemAfter full-time employee is employed for one full year, employee becomes eligible for lay pension plan.- If an employee contributes to the pension plan, the Tyler Catholic School
- System will match the employee contribution up to 3% of annual salary and will contribute an additional 1%.
Advanced academic degree stipend program- $100 tuition stipend per semester (Spring, Summer, & Fall)
- $250 one time stipend at the completion of an Advanced Degree
