    • The Family of "Bub" Lehnertz, on the one year anniversary of his death.
    • Hugh Roe, paternal grandfather of Josh ('08) and Matthew ('13) who is recovering from surgery.
  • Communion Service: This morning at 7:40 a.m. in the Gorman chapel
  • MS Students to STG Musical: This morning at 10:00 a.m. at Caldwell Auditorium. Students will begin leaving at 8:45 a.m.
  • STG Musical: "100 Years of Broadway" today at 7:00 p.m. in Caldwell Auditorium.
  • MS Honors Convocation: Tomorrow, Friday, May 2, 2008 at 8:15 a.m. in the cafeteria.
  • MS National Junior Honor Society: Induction is this Friday, May 2, 2008 as part of the MS Honors Convocation, starting at 8:15 a.m.
  • HS Latin I and II Field Trip to Pompeii Exhibit in Houston: Tomorrow, May 2, 2008 beginning at 7:00 p.m.
  • HS State Track Meet: Friday and Saturday in Waco.
  • Athletic Physicals: Free athletic physicals provided by Trinity Mother Frances will be held Saturday, May 3rd at Health Park Plaza on Highway 110 near 5th Street. Gorman student-athletes will be seen beginning at 12:30 p.m. Physical packets need to be picked up in the school office and returned by Wednesday, April 30th. Directions to Health Park Plaza are included in the packet.
  • Successful Blood Drive: Thanks and commendations to the Gorman community for a very successful Blood Drive this Monday. Thity nine units of blood were collected. Special thanks to juniors Emma Fratangelo and Holly Robertson and sophomore Courtney Lackner for their coordination of the event.

  • Diocese of Tyler Basic Ethics and Integrity Training: Deacon Natera is holding a Basic Ethics training session on Monday, May 12th from 6 pm - 9pm in room 302 on the Gorman Campus. Please notify Lucy Ussery if you are interested in taking the class.
  • Holocaust Commemoration: This Friday, May 2, 2008, Tyler's Congregation Beth El is having a Holocaust Commemoration. The guest speaker is Father John Pawlikowski, a Catholic priest. Services begin at 8:00 PM. Click here for more information .
  • Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary: Senior Josh Roe was one of three persons selected to receive a college scholarship from the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary. Josh will receive a check in the amount of $750.00 to use as needed to cover college expenses. The other two recipients are Gorman Alumni; Sean Flannelly ('07) and Crystal Avila (‘06)
