• Advanced Placement Statistics - Spring, 2008. Gorman students take Advanced Placement (AP) Classes in their junior and seniors years. The AP tests are developed by college professors from around the United States. The rigor of the exams is meant to replicate the critical thinking, analysis and writing skills equivalent to that of college freshman.

• Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul: All students, parents and friends are invited to write their name and a simple prayer, scripture quote, their school, hobby etc. on a "living stone" to be buried in the foundation of the new Sts. Peter and Paul Chapel on the Gorman campus. The Cathedral Community will celebrate the Feats of Sts. Peter and Paul with a ground and "living stone" blessing on the Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul, June 29, 2008.
• Lost and Found: Is on a display table on the east wall of the cafeteria. Parents, guardians and students are encouraged to review the piles of lost and found items to reclaim anything lost before items are sent to charity in mid-June.
• Used Uniform Sale: Begins this week in the MS hallway and continues through the beginning of August.
• Catholic Teaching & Current Events: Sr. Sarah Kohles, OSF is offering a series of four sessions on Wednesday evenings which will cover Church teachings from relevant documents in regards to the following: July 16th - Immigration: Is There a Catholic Response?; July 23rd - Inter-Faith Dialogue: How Are Catholics Called to Approach Those of Different Faiths?
