  • Rotary Outstanding Seniors: Congratulations to seniors Holly Robertson and Hunter Sullivan who have been chosen to receive the Rotary International's  Outstanding High School Male and Female Senior Award.
  • Groundhog Day Applications for Juniors Due Friday: The Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring their Annual Ground Hog Job Show Day on Tuesday, February 3, 2009. Any 11th grade student who is interested in participating will need to complete the application and parental consent form and return them to Mr. Newton no later than November 21, 2008.

    • MS Girls Basketball (7th) vs. ETCA: Won 23-6
  • Gorman Thanksgiving Non-perishable Food Drive: Gorman is organizing a non-perishable food drive for St. Vincent De Paul that will take place from today until next Thursday, November 20, 2008.  Items that can be brought in include cans, sugar, oil, corn flower, pasta, dried beans, rice, diapers, toilet paper, etc.  These items will be collected before school in the cafeteria.  The goal for High School and Middle School is 600 items each.  If this goal is reached, a modified dress day according to the handbook will be given.  Thank you for your support. 
  • Senior Transcripts:  College Adviser Mrs. Jane Manley will be out of town from 11.22.08 - 11.30.08 working in Mexico.  Any senior transcript needs for December 1 should be submitted by 11.20.08.
