The Road to San Jacinto

The SummerBridge Class "The Road to San Jacinto" visited the Riverwalk in San Antonio recently. While in South Texas, the students visited the historic Alamo and the San Fernando Cathedral as well historic sites in Goliad, Texas and San Jacinto, Texas.

Submitted by jfranz on June 5, 2007 - 7:37amSix Class of 2008 students and two Gorman moderators spent a week at Nazareth farm, a Catholic community outreach center in Appalachia. The students live in prayer, simplicit, service and community with forty other high school students from across the United States, working each day in home construction and repair for the citizens of rural Doddridge County, West Virginia.

Junior Mia Behm captures the gold in the 1600m and the 3200m at the TAPPS 5A State Track Meet. Behm shattered the 5A Meet Record in the 3200m.
